Black 7 PLA Dry pigment preparation for automotive paint

Klarint ® CAB Black 7 PLA SIC-S93214 is a carbon black organic pigment. Possesses chemical resistance and lightfastness, which is widely used in general Automotive Interior & Exterior parts paint coating for Excellent performance and competive price. SIC-S93214 composed by Cellulose acetate butyrate resin (CAB-531-1) and high quality carbon black. It is a finely pre-dispersed tinting black pigment preparation. Compatible with acrylic resin, ketone and ester. It enables the formulation of coatings with excellent coloristic properties in a very short processing time. 

Feature:

SIC-S93214 offers high pigment content (up to 80 %) and ease of incorporation by simple stirring. Also it offers excellent weather-resistance, good consistency and short preparin g time in production. The flow property of this pigment chip is better than equivalent pigments that have been dispersed by conventional procedures. Its main advantage lies in the fact, that the pigment particles are fully separated and completely wetted by the carrier resin. As a result this allow for development of the maximum color intensity, a cleaner hue and extreme transparency of the base pigment. 

Application:

Our SIC series pigment chips are also sed for nitrocellulose lacquers, automotive OEM, automotive refinish and plastic coatings. Also used for acid curing furniture lacquers, wood stains, polyurethane finishes and air drying thermoplastic acrylic enamel.

Packaging and Storage:

The standard packaging of this series of products is 5KG,10KG,20KG,30KG (inorganic series 10KG,20KG,30KG,50KG), all color pastes must be stored above zero degrees Celsius, and the shelf life is 18 months.
