Carbon black CAB pre-dispersed color chips for automotive refinish paint

CAB pigment chip dispersion are pre-dispersed organic and inorganic pigments in cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) resin systems. CAB pigment chips are most commonly found in automotive paint and high-end industrial paint applications, for both metallic and solid colors. CAB resin can be applied both as thermoplastic film formers and crosslink coating modifiers.

Klarint pre-dispersed pigment chips are selected from various organic and inorganic pigments and pre-dispersed in CAB resin system with good compatibility. Customers could prepare the ideal pigment paste in a short time because of the good compatibility and easy dispersibility of Klarint master batch. Master batch pigment content is relatively high, between 30-80% according to the different systems and the resin content is 20-70%.
