Automotive refinish grade Nano highly transparent CAB pigment chips

CAB pigment chip dispersions are pre-dispersed organic and inorganic pigments in cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) resin systems. CAB pigment chips are widiely used in Automotive refinish formulations to achieve improved processing times, shorter production processes, higher levels of pigment content, and especially excellent coloristic performance.

Klarint pre-dispersed CAB pigment chips are selected from various organic and inorganic pigments and pre-dispersed in CAB resin system with good compatibility. Customers could prepare the ideal pigment paste in a short time because of the good compatibility and easy dispersibility of Klarint master batch. Master batch pigment content is relatively high, between 30-80% according to the different systems and the resin content is 20-70%.

The standard packaging of this series of products is 5KG,10KG,20KG,30KG (inorganic series 10KG,20KG,30KG,50KG), all color pastes must be stored above zero degrees Celsius, and the shelf life is 18 months.
